Ms. Ghita Benkirane has worked as an International Expert on Communication Skills on a short-term assignment for UNIDO in Myanmar under my supervision, under the Output 5 “Enhanced awareness and capacities for food safety management systems” of the project “Strengthening the National Quality Infrastructure for trade in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar ” in 2016. While under my supervision, her responsibilities included delivering theoretical and practical capacity building and change management sessions, including technical briefs, case studies, role plays, practice exercises as well as individual coaching of the national food safety experts. She has been involved in remote monitoring of the experts individual skills development plans, which was highly appreciated and positively evaluated. In addition to her solid technical background, Ms. Benkirane has established a good rapport with the national experts and the project team. She is an excellent bilingual trainer, and communicator with a creative streak. All in all, I would recommend her without any reservations.
