Ghita Benkirane

Engineer and Artist, Ghita (Rita) has a rich background of experience in France and internationally in supporting Change through Neuroscience, Creativity and Design Thinking.
With a basic education in Engineering (Food Industry - ISAB, Beauvais) and Management (M.Sc. Product Management & Marketing - Cranfield University, UK), Ghita continued her training to further her innovative support approach in 2009 by a Executive Master HEC / Oxford Business School – CCC, Consulting and Coaching for Change, a diploma from the School of Creativity at the University of Polytechnic Mons (Belgium), certificates in Neuroscience (Advanced Brain Leadership, US and École Bernadette Lecerf-Thomas, Paris), and on Decision Making in Complexity from the Edgar Morin Chair at ESSEC.
Art&Management® is based at Village by CA in Sophia-Antipolis and Ghita is a Founding Member of the'NeuroSystemic Institute®.
She is a qualified coach EMCC
and coach for the European EIC Project
- European Innovation Center.Her 30-year career has led her to hold various management positions in France and internationally, notably as an expert for the EU, the UN, the World Bank and the ISO.In France, it contributes to the development of StartUps to Large Groups, including local authorities, in their support for socio-organizational change.
